The information we collect and how we use it
When you register for our service we will collect the following information from you: Your name, user name, job title and function, company name and type, address, telephone and fax number and email address. Where necessary for the services requested by you we may in addition collect your credit or debit card number, expiry date and information about your gender and date of birth.

Although it is not compulsory to give us the above information, if you do not then we may not be able to provide you with the full range of services our website has to offer.

We gather this information to allow us to process your registration, administer your accounts with us and to process and fulfil your requests and orders submitted by you. The relevant information is then used by Knauf Insulation but we may also share information with our group companies, our approved agents and sub-contractors. Our use of cookies and other information gathering technologies
